Description de poste$4,000–$5,000 / month + uncapped commissions Full-time (evenings & weekends required) Meet personal training sales targets and support overall club goals Track personal and team performance (daily / weekly / monthly) Collaborate with Fitness Director and Ownership on growth strategies Support sales training, objection handling, and PT programming Create PT programs (1-on-1, small group, specialty) Assist with monthly educational social media content Educate members on club services and the Gold’s Gym BC App Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills Self-motivated, organized, and client-focused Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and club software systems Recognized Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.) or Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK) Active registration with BCPRA, BCAK, CSEP, or CFES $2M liability insurance Competitive pay with uncapped earning potential Complimentary gym membership Staff discounts on products and services

Gold’s Gym POCO is hiring a Full-Time Personal Training Sales Manager to lead and grow our Personal Training department. If you’re energetic, sales-driven, and passionate about fitness leadership, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Schedule
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 4–10 Personal Trainers
Complete 10+ member fitness assessments per week
Qualifications
3–5 years personal training sales experience in a high-volume gym
Fluent in English (additional languages an asset)
Required Certifications
Current CPR & Emergency First Aid Level A
Must be residing in Canada long-term
