Role Overview

The Document Control Specialist is responsible for leading document governance across Kinterra Corporate and its Portfolio companies. This role ensures that all technical, regulatory, and contractual documentation is controlled, compliant, and accessible, while driving continuous improvement in document management systems and processes. The Document Controller acts as the subject‑matter expert for document control practices and provides guidance to teams across Corporate and Portfolio companies.

The position focuses on governance, technical assurance, integration, and value optimization rather than detailed design execution.

Role-Specific Accountabilities

Qualifications & Experience :

This posting reflects a new current vacancy and Kinterra’s commitment to a fair and transparent recruitment process. The estimated salary range for this position is between C$90,000-C$130,000.
