Here's what you'll be doing

• Warm Welcome : Greet Guests with a warm, professional demeanor as they arrive at our facility, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.
• Valet Services : Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage vehicles with a high standard of care and attention to detail, treating each vehicle as if it were your own.
• Concierge Assistance : Provide a range of concierge services, including arranging transportation, answering questions about vehicle features, and offering directions and recommendations to enhance the Guest experience.
• Luxury Experience : Make every interaction memorable by anticipating client needs, personalizing your service approach, and creating a relaxing, high-quality experience from start to finish.
• Vehicle Inspection : Conduct visual inspections of each vehicle for any pre-existing damage, communicating findings to guests and team members to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings.
• Logistics Support : Organize the flow of vehicles in the facility, ensuring efficiency and maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas where Guests and their vehicles are present.
• Customer Communication : Provide timely updates on the status of vehicles and services, effectively communicating any delays or necessary information.
• Maintenance and Care : Perform light cleaning or maintenance on vehicles as needed to ensure they’re always presented in the best condition, creating a “wow” factor for clients.
• Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines, protecting the safety of clients, their vehicles, and colleagues while on the job.
