Service Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
The Service Manager leads all technical service and customer support activities for Labrie Environmental Group products, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role oversees service operations, warranty programs, technical support, and national accounts while collaborating closely with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, sales) to drive continuous improvement in service quality, processes, and products.
- Lead and manage customer support (field service, call center, service center)
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and national accounts
- Oversee warranty programs, service documentation, and technical publications
- Analyze service performance data and implement improvements
- Manage, coach, and evaluate technical and support teams
- Provide technical expertise across departments
- Contribute to strategic and financial planning
- Travel regularly to customer sites
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MBA an asset)8+ years of service / customer support management experience in heavy equipmentStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSolid knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused environmentPERSONNALITY
