Team Leader – Retail Store (Electric Bicycles)

Do you love cycling and enjoy helping others discover the joy of riding? We’re looking for a bilingual Team Leader (English & French) to join our Ottawa retail store team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As our Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in daily store operations while also supporting our brand through community events, social media, and promotions. You’ll report directly to the Vice President and work closely with a passionate team that shares your love for bicycles and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a small retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Help customers in-store, online, and by phone with their questions and purchases.

• Keep things running smoothly by organizing schedules, priorities, and store tasks.

• Be hands-on with brand marketing, from social media to local events.

• Ensure the store looks immaculate and reflects our premium e-bike brands.

• Share your knowledge and passion for cycling every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English & French) – written and verbal.

• Confident with computers and new digital tools.

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Great communication skills and a natural people-person.

• Strong focus on customer service and building relationships.

• Interest in cycling and enthusiasm for electric bikes.

• Willingness to work weekends as part of a full-time role.
