Description de posteCPA and / or MBA Refining experience is preferred. Understanding of Downstream operations and manufacturing Digitalization experience is considered an asset MD&A Analysis including Downstream Supplemental Income Analysis (Operating Cost and Capital) Quarterly Reporting Segment Review External reporting support for Planning, Downstream management team and refining consolidation. Annual external reporting Board package support AIF Review Gross Margin and market capture analysis Communication and coordination with the site teams and corporate support functions to maintain standardization and governance. Build and maintain dashboards in various platforms such as SharePoint and Power BI. Reporting validation and support Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications Proficient use of SAP and Business Warehouse Ability to digitalize data using platforms such as SharePoint and Power BI Strong Financial Acumen Strong understanding of refinery operations, marketing or trading. Strong analytical skills in modelling and financial analysis Strong ability to lead through influence. Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) Ability to foster and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Enables agility

Airswift is working with one of our major Oil and Gas clients to find a Financial Analyst to join their team in Calgary, AB.
Qualifications : Required :
- Degree in Finance, commerce, or Economics
- Ability to conduct deep analysis, digitalize reports, creating and developing repeatable and standardized business processes.
- Travel required (10-20%)
- 10 years of experience
Preferred :
The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.
