Sales Representative – Hunter Role
Location: Montreal, QC
Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 base + commission- 1st yr 5%, 2nd yr 2.5% coz doing more account management.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative (Hunter) to join our growing team in Montreal. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong track record in prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities while building lasting relationships with clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting. Going after small to medium sized businesses. Lots of repeat business

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to generate qualified leads.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Lorpon’s products, capabilities, and value proposition to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle 1-6 months— from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in printing, packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.

  • Proven ability to generate new business and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong prospecting discipline.

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, independent workload.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

  • Bilingual (English & French) preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
