On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Visual Designer, Website/Campaign Pages - Figma.

Visual Designer, Website/Campaign Pages - Figma – Job Description

• Coordinates multiple artifacts for varying disciplines in complex situations.

• Creates highly complex low-fidelity sketches, hi-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to communicate intent, or delivery specifications for development

• Creates highly complex user flows and experience for inter-related complex flows

• Manages design tasks and delivery and ensures visual displays, components, colour and type meet the specified accessibility requirements

• Solves design problems of high complexity

• Guides team members through the use of conceptual frameworks

• Discusses the latest WCAG guidelines, and advocates for the use of inclusive design practices with the goal of incorporation in the practice Leads user research and testing discussions and provide insights and recommendations

Visual Designer, Website/Campaign Pages - Figma – Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years Visual Designer experience

• Previous experience working with one of the big banks

• Candidate must be well versed with Figma, 4+ years hands-on experience

• Any experience within Tax operations would be beneficial

• Photoshop Illustrator for image editing and cropping

• Zeplin knowledge would be beneficial, basic understanding desired

• Microsoft Office

• Understanding of AODA compliance (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) desired

• Ability to understand analyze and create or modify macros for the BAU activity

• Usertesting.com tool for view of what user sees (nice to have)
