Your Opportunity

As Triton Environmental Consultants continues to grow, we are seeking driven, results-oriented Environmental Project Managers to join our established team of environmental professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for junior and intermediate level project managers who are passionate about environmental consulting and eager to grow and advance their project management careers!

As an Environmental Project Manager at Triton, you will support and lead the successful delivery of meaningful, high-impact projects while developing strong client relationships, contributing to business development, and learning to mentor junior staff. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, including government, First Nations, oil and gas, power, transportation, and industrial sectors. Your Impact

• Planning, organizing, and managing a diverse array of projects, people, and tasks.
• Successfully managing project delivery through cost-efficient and timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintaining, establishing, and developing client relationships that facilitate the successful delivery of projects and future opportunities.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with other consultants, construction contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Supporting corporate business development initiatives, including compiling and reporting on regional business development opportunities.
• Leading and / or helping to support the preparation of proposals and cost estimates.
• Maintaining and supporting Tritons industrywide reputation as a leader in the environmental consulting industry.
• Providing mentorship and training for our junior staff and for the environmental professional team.
• Provide excellent service to clients, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
• Ensure safety standards are not just met but exceeded, protecting your team and clients.
• Collaborate effectively within Tritons culture, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Salary Range : $39 55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Location, Work Schedule & Flexibility

With offices across British Columbia this position offers opportunity to work out of various office locations such as Vancouver BC, Kamloops BC, Vernon BC, Terrace BC, Kitimat BC, Prince Rupert BC & Prince George BC. Given the collaborative nature of this position, a hybrid work schedule is preferred, working on-site a few days per week.
