We are seeking a strategic and motivated Sales Manager – Western Canada to lead our regional growth initiatives and manage a high-performing sales team across Western Canada.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, the Sales Manager – Western Canada is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a regional sales team, and driving business growth within the plumbing, hydronics, and construction sectors. This role requires a combination of leadership, market expertise, and relationship management skills to expand REHAU’s footprint across the Western Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a regional sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Western Canada focused on profitable growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
  • Represent REHAU at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to build brand presence and relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with REHAU’s quality standards, pricing structure, and corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in a technical, wholesale, or distribution environment—preferably in plumbing or hydronics .
  • Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven technical understanding of hydronic and plumbing systems .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management and regional business development.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel approximately 30–40% within the region.
  • Based in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB , or willing to relocate.
