🚚 Hiring : Logistics Coordinator | Woodbridge, Ontario

We’re recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for a leading Canadian trucking company based in Woodbridge, ON . This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on transportation coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

💰 Compensation

$55,000 to $65,000 per year (based on experience)

📍 Location

On-site in Woodbridge, Ontario

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating daily truck and rail shipments
Tracking loads and proactively managing delivery timelines
Communicating with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Resolving shipment issues and maintaining high service levels
Updating TMS and operational systems with accurate shipment data

✅ What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator in truck transport or rail

Strong understanding of shipment tracking and client communication

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

Comfortable working in a high-volume transportation environment
