About Our FamilyWe are a creative, high-capacity family of five living a full, dynamic life. Our professional work spans entrepreneurship and creative industries, and while our schedules can be demanding and fast-moving, our home is meant to be a grounding place that supports creativity, connection, and ease.
We are hands-on parents who enjoy being deeply involved with our three active, curious children, each with their own interests and rhythms. Our days often include school, activities, travel, and creative pursuits. An engaged, loving energy, with music at the center, runs through our home.
We value privacy deeply while remaining down-to-earth, kind, and intentional in how we live. Order, cleanliness, and flow matter to us, especially in a household with a lot of movement. When the home runs well, we can show up more fully as parents, partners, and humans.
We're looking to build a long-term partnership with someone who values discretion, takes pride in their work, and can confidently take the lead on household operations, ultimately creating a home that feels supportive, organized, and alive with care.
Who You AreYou are a highly professional, self-managed House Manager who thrives in complex households and works exceptionally well independently. You bring a hospitality-minded approach, a strong work ethic, efficiency, and a natural sense of initiative and care for how a home feels and functions. You are resourceful, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, able to hold many responsibilities and prioritize.
You are not impacted by status or visibility; you are grounded, discreet, and focused on doing excellent work. You observe closely, learn quickly, and adapt to a family's preferences, including routines, communication style, and daily flow.
You see yourself as an eyes and ears partner in the home: from noticing when groceries are running low, to tracking seasonal home needs like window cleaning or supply refreshes, to anticipating what will make life easier for everyone. You enjoy creating systems, maintaining them, and executing consistently week after week.
You are proactive, not reactive. You don't wait to be told, you notice, suggest, and take action thoughtfully. You communicate professionally, offer gentle reminders when helpful, and build trust through reliability, discretion, and follow-through. This is a long-term role, and you are interested in growing with a family over many years.
