Job Description

8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle CC&B technical role. Minimum 2 full‑cycle CC&B implementation projects. Oracle Utilities certifications preferred. Very good experience integrating CC&B with other enterprise or legacy systems. Configure and maintain Oracle CC&B applications and environments.

Responsibilities

Design and develop technical components using Java, PL / SQL, Groovy scripting, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Develop and manage inbound / outbound interfaces (XAI, IWS, Web Services).

Collaborate on data migration strategies and staging schema setup.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.

Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and user training materials.

Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Oracle Utilities CC&B and OUAF framework knowledge.

Strong programming skills in Java, PL / SQL, SQL, and Groovy scripting.

Experience with SOAP / Web Services, XML, and integration tools.

Familiarity with CC&B modules : Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Field Work, Adjustments, Pricing.
