In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her health by forgoing her own medicine to pay for her sick daughter’s prescription. He knew there had to be a better way. So, he introduced North America’s first prepaid drug plan, and GreenShield was born as a not-for-profit with a mission to support better health for all Canadians.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

This role will report to the Manager, Client Service and will contribute to the Growth and Client Service team in the following ways :

• Partner with Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Manage reporting for clients - including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports - ensuring insights are timely and actionable.
• Collaborate with Sales Reporting on monthly reporting.
• Support account maintenance activities, including updates and plan changes, to keep client information accurate and up to date.
• Ensure precision and timeliness in all deliverables, contributing to smooth operations and client satisfaction.
