Salary : $90,000 - $120,000

Lead one of the busiest, most strategically important terminals in our network.

Were looking for a driven, resilient, and hands-on Terminal Manager to lead our high-profile Surrey Terminal. This operation is fast-paced, complex, and central to our networkand we need a leader who brings clarity, confidence, and energy to every shift. If you thrive in dynamic environments, excel in unionized settings, and know how to rally teams around big goals, this is a chance to make a major impact.

What Youll Do :

As Terminal Manager, youll oversee all day-to-day terminal operations, ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time. Youll guide teams, optimize processes, maintain top-tier safety standards, and set the direction for long-term growth.

Operational Leadership

• Lead all terminal functions : dock operations, yard management, routing, dispatching, freight flow, and equipment utilization.
• Develop short- and long-term plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation during fluctuating volumes.
• Monitor KPIs; productivity, service, damages, turnaround times and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead confidently through peak seasons, disruptions, and high-pressure situations.
