Project Manager - Software Implementation

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects across various stages of the lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, identify potential issues early, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans to guide the execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Execution & Delivery : Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively mitigating issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Collaboration : Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence while providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management : Monitor project expenses to ensure they align with the allocated budget and report variances.
• Problem Solving : Address project obstacles promptly, developing solutions to keep projects on track and escalating when appropriate.
• Process Improvement : Assist in refining project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Client Support : Travel to client sites as necessary for project scoping, training, and implementation.
