Arriscraft Canada Brick is seeking a Shipping Clerk/ Load Planner for our Burlington, ON facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all shipping documents to all drivers coming in for picks and deliveries.
• Assist and be back up for current load Planner.
• Work with customer service to ensure highest level of service is provide to both carrier and customers.
• Assist the Inventory Control Clerk and yard supervisor with report requirements when needed.
• Contribute through random verification and/or other processes to load verifications to minimize and eliminate loading errors.
• Manage and distribute all pallet returns.
• Prepare and issue US customs documents.
• Assist the Customer Service Group when required.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Experience in transportation and load planning an asset.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• General computer skills with Microsoft word and excel.
• ERP knowledge (SAP)

Salary Range:

$45,000 – $53,000
