What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading detailed material take-offs and labour costing for commercial glazing and curtain wall projects
• Reviewing and qualifying tender opportunities through FTP sites and plan rooms
• Developing accurate, defensible estimates that balance competitiveness and risk
• Managing job files, documentation, schedules, and purchase orders with precision
• Supporting project transitions with clean, complete, and accountable handovers
• Evaluating products and suppliers to improve cost efficiency and system performance
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for key clients understanding their schedules, standards, and expectations
• Pricing and negotiating change orders, extras, and scope revisions
