Research Coordinator (Data Entry)

North York, ONSITE

2 MONTH CONTRACT

Position Overview

The Brokerage Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of a busy real estate brokerage office. This position acts as a central point of contact for sales representatives, responding to incoming requests and completing a wide range of research, administrative, and field-support activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Information Gathering

Conduct corporate searches and business information lookups
Complete zoning research and related municipal inquiries
Run title searches and assist in gathering property ownership information
Request market information by calling other brokerages
Prepare demographic reports
Generate GeoWarehouse reports and other property data outputs

Administrative & Data Management

Maintain and update contact databases

Organize information based on urgency and priority

Support the creation of listing surveys and related documentation

Field & On‑Site Support

Take property photos as requested by sales representatives

Travel to listing or project sites when required (vehicle preferred but not required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track, prioritize, and manage urgent requests

Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Previous experience working in a real estate brokerage or real estate–related environment

Education

University degree preferred

College diploma or equivalent post-secondary experience accepted

Technical & Software Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic analysis, sorting / filtering)

Comfort learning additional reporting tools and industry platforms

Years of Experience

Open; candidates with a range of experience levels will be considered
