Location & Work Arrangement

Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in office per week and remote on remaining days). Subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMOD instances, including setup, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM), Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM), and tape storage solutions for CMOD archival.
• Optimize DB2 / Oracle queries to improve document retrieval performance.
• Develop UNIX Shell / Python / Java scripts for CMOD automation (e.g., indexing, archiving, retrieval process enhancements).
• Use Reveille, Splunk, Dynatrace, and other tools to monitor and improve CMOD performance.
• Manage LDAP integration, role‑based access control (RBAC), encryption, and audit logs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SEC 17a‑4, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Implement CMOD Fix Packs, version upgrades, and coordinate with IBM for issue resolution.
• Work with API‑based integrations to connect CMOD with other enterprise platforms such as IBM FileNet, OpenText, and Pega.
• Follow ITIL best practices to resolve incidents, handle change requests, and improve CMOD system reliability.

Compensation

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
