Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a payable technician to be part of our great team in Brossard! Young and dynamic, our team offers you a great working environment. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

  • Be responsible for managing accounts payable
  • Calculate, prepare and process invoices, accounts payable and related documents
  • Prepare accounts payable payments after obtaining approvals
  • Make adjustments as needed
  • Work closely with other departments of the company

The ideal person has :

  • Concern for work well done and quality while being able to meet tight deadlines
  • Great autonomy and quick learning ability
  • Ability to work in multiple companies
  • Focused on teamwork
  • Required qualifications :

  • DEP or DEC in accounting
  • French / English bilingualism (an asset), French being the main working language
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel software
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
