Due to continued growth, we are seeking an accomplished Associate Director of Program Management to lead the successful execution of complex programs across their full lifecycle. Reporting to the Site Director, this role has full accountability for program strategy, customer delivery, financial performance, and cross-functional leadership within a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Enable and govern our program management team to ensure consistent delivery to our customer commitments
• Drive program execution results with empowered program leadership teams and standards with optimized processes throughout the program lifecycle
• Provide guidance, resources, and training to elevate program management capabilities for current and future program management teams
• Enable collaboration to drive innovation and best practices to meet business and customer commitments.
• Lead and empower the Program Management Team (PMT) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) to deliver on business, program, and customer commitments
• Ensure seamless coordination across all functional areas, including Program Management, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date risk register
• Foster a high-performance culture by recognizing achievements, promoting accountability, and driving team engagement
• Partner with senior leadership to shape and advance the strategic roadmap for the ELCAN business
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and program execution
• Develop and implement best-in-class program management standards across the business
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, as required

The salary range for this role is 156,000 CAD - 206,000 CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type (e.g., temporary or permanent), and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
