Allied Universal is seeking professional Security Guard - Warming Center in Oshawa, ON.

Job Title : Security Guard - Warming Center

Location : Oshawa, Whitby, Durham region

Type : Casual

Pay Rate : $18.00 - $18.50

Positions : 2 vacancies

Shifts : Overnights, 1900hrs-0700hrs

Duration : Short-term contract starting now until April 1, 2026

Overview :

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Security Guard - Warming Center to join our team. This role involves responding to a wide range of calls and providing first

responder support during security-related and life safety incidents and emergencies.

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and STRONG experience in dealing with the homeless, mental illness, drug use.

Must have the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

A Vulnerability Check is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Access Control : Provide access control where applicable, to include managing access for

contractors and delivery personnel.
