A typical day :
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- Collaborate with project team members including subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
- Work closely with People Readiness team (OCM, Communications, Learning) to help identify / validate stakeholder change impacts, provide technical review of communications and contribute to training curriculum and learning content
- The ideal candidate will have experience with eliciting business requirements, partnering with vendor professional services to facilitate workshops, developing and documentation of workflows, as well as documenting data mapping and migration requirements
Successful candidates will have :
Must be within Canada and legally entitled to work in CanadaAt least 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacityOil & Gas / Energy Upstream Land and Well Management industry experience would be considered an assetDirect working experience or project experience in business areas or functionsDisplays emotional intelligence; demonstrates self-awareness and remains calm under pressureTotal rewards :
