Full-Stack Developer

This role is offered in partnership with Gluo, our sister company in Mexico. As part of our collaborative efforts, you will work closely with both our internal teams and Gluo to achieve our strategic goals.

Orium is seeking a Software Developer who approaches technology with curiosity, to contribute to our evolving offerings around retail data platform engineering and composable. In this role, you'll report to the Software Development Manager and you'll work as part of a cross-functional team to help lead the exploration, experimentation, and development of our service offerings around retail and composable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Order Management System (OMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop and maintain APIs and middleware for seamless system data exchange.
• Track and document support requests and incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
• Analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues and recommend proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
• Work closely with software developers to validate changes, conduct regression testing, and ensure new functionalities meet business requirements.
• Provide feedback on system improvements and collaborate on the development of new solutions to enhance retail operations.
