Mission

To manage and optimize adoption and use of the Coupa e-procurement platform within Colas Canada’s procurement admin environment. This role supports item creation, supplier creation and onboarding, catalog management, & Coupa platform administration, ensuring efficient and compliant use across all Colas Canada entities.

Main Responsbilities

Item & Supplier Management

• Support and oversee item master creation and updates in Coupa.
• Support and oversee supplier onboarding, validation, and profile maintenance.
• Monitor Coupa data accuracy and alignment with ERP systems (JDE).

System Administration

Reporting & Analytics

User Support & Training

Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration

Additional Information on the position

Salary range : $84,000 - 98,000 CAD per year.
