Description de posteActive Patients : 5,200 New Patients / Month : 30 Operatories : 6 (1 dedicated to associate) Hygiene : 3–4 chairs running daily Support : Fully staffed – CDA, Treatment Coordinator, Steri Tech / Floater Technology : Cleardent, iOS, Pan / Ceph, CEREC, 3D Printer, Videa Health Environment : Modern, stand‑alone building with ample free parking; strong community presence (sponsors local events) Bread & Butter Dentistry Basic & Advanced Endo Basic Oral Surgery (3rd molars a plus) Fixed Prostho (Crown & Bridge) Invisalign Mentorship available in Invisalign, Endodontics, Surgery, Restorative Full schedule from day one – established, loyal patient base Collaborative, tight‑knit team with many staff members 8–15+ years in tenure Balanced billing for CDCP; non‑assignment Potential for future expansion of the practice Associate Development Program : Structured learning initiative with curated offerings from top clinicians and mentors; individualized learning & development plans, priority access to free in‑person learning & webinars, discounted rates on courses, access to Study Cubs and online professional communities. Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements. Valid CPR certification.
