Make an impact with our Accounting Services team as a Tax Return Assembler. This diverse team of professionals performs a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties in support of our firm’s business operations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify challenges, problem solve and drive efficiencies while contributing to the success of our firm and our clients. This role is a temporary and part-time role beginning in March 2026 and ending in May 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist with T4, T5, T3 and T1 assembly.
• Scan and sort individual tax records
• Organize and assemble completed tax returns
• Update tracker in computer
• Prepare documents for mail out
• Maintain ability to work flexible hours

The hourly rate for this position is competitive starting at $18 per hour.
