We're looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our Pacific Operations team in Burnaby! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations running efficiently – from scheduling and staffing to onboarding and compliance. You'll support our frontline teams, work closely with site supervisors and managers, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. What You Would Do

• Manage scheduling for staff and minimize non‑billable overtime through creative and strategic solutions
• Oversee hourly employee information changes and general communications
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in person)
• Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
• Support recruitment activities; ensure employees acquire site‑specific training and certifications and assist them through onboarding
• Work closely with site supervisors / managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and reporting
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as required by the Client Services Manager

Salary : $48,000 – $52,000 per year
