Customer Acquisition Specialist - Bilingual Spanish/English

Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities.

We are seeking a driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Requirements

• Competitive drive to win
• Strong experience and successes in Sales
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, to connect with customers and close deals
• Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
• Strong communication and people skills. Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
