Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results driven Senior Salesforce Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex Lightning Components and integrations and will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions that align with business objectives

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design development and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and declarative tools

Architect and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using RESTSOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools

Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts product owners and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications and ensure adherence to best practices

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Implement and manage CICD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Git Bitbucket and Jenkins

Ensure data integrity security and compliance with enterprise standards and Salesforce governance

Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture

Expertlevel proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL and Salesforce APIs

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model and declarative features

Proven experience with integration patterns and tools eg MuleSoft Informatica Dell Boomi

Experience with AgileScrum methodologies and DevOps practices

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II Application Architect or System Architect

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Einstein Analytics Sales Cloud Service Cloud Shield and Experience Cloud

Familiarity with AIML integrations and large language models LLMs

Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as AEM SSAS and Genesys
