Compensation : $60,000 annually + bonus potential

Our client, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support their sales team and ensure smooth execution of sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and appointments
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
• Process and coordinate sales orders, including accurate order entry, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking
• Assist with preparing sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Maintain detailed sales records and prepare regular sales reports
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategies
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as finance, operations, and logistics
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity
