Urgent Hiring: Associate Dentist – Vernon, BC
Join a progressive, high-tech family dental practice in the beautiful Okanagan!
We are seeking an experienced and confident Associate Dentist to join our busy, well-established practice in Vernon, BC. This is a replacement role with an existing patient base and strong new-patient flow — allowing you to step in and succeed right away.
Location: Vernon, BC
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday (full-time) + occasional Mondays
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: 40% of collections
Practice Highlight:
- 12 fully equipped operatories.
- 4 Dentists (1 FT + 3 PT), 5 RDHs, 2 CDAs, Treatment Coordinator.
- Supportive and collaborative environment with mentorship encouraged.
- Focus on digital workflows and advanced patient education.
- Modern, high-tech equipment, including:
- Axeos CBCT.
- Primescan Scanner.
- CEREC PrimeMill, PrimePrint & SpeedFire.
- Solea Laser & Sirolase Blue.
- 3D Printing & Intraoral Cameras.
- CAD/CAM, Exocad, RTC.
- Tracker software.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (no new grads at this time).
- Confident in general dentistry for adults and pediatrics.
- Skilled in CAD/CAM workflows and RCT.
- Graduate of DDS/DMD program or NDEB Equivalency.
- Licensed and in good standing with BCCOHP.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Committed to ongoing CE and professional growth.
Nice to Have:
- Orthodontics and sleep dentistry experience.
