Base Pay Range

CA$120,000.00 / yr - CA$130,000.00 / yr

Our client, a growing and well-established organization in Oshawa , is seeking a Manager of Finance to oversee core accounting and financial reporting functions while supporting business planning and operational decision-making. This role is being recruited by an external recruitment firm on behalf of the employer.

This opportunity is well suited to a hands-on finance leader who enjoys owning the numbers, improving processes, and partnering with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll oversight
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with ASPE
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management

Support system improvements, reporting enhancements, and process efficiencies
