Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting & Control :
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial and management reports NPP, monthly forecast, monthly financial report) in accordance with Group standards.
- Lead cash management planning and reporting.
- Review, analyze and report inventory, Service WIP, Rental Fleet and recommend actions when required.
- Establish internal control procedures and ensure that controls are tested and functioning properly
- Safeguard and manage fixed asset records as required and prepare accurate investment proposals.
- Communicate financial updates, scorecards, and key reports to the Business Line Managers and the GM.
- Raise “red flags” when compliance or sound business principles may be at risk.
- Lead the external audit process, including schedule preparation and final reporting.
Business Support & Planning :
Actively participate in business activities to support growth in line with strategy.Provide relevant financial insights and reporting to support management decision making at all levels.Support and strongly contribute to the strategic planning processPartner with management to develop strategies, initiatives, and processes that support business goals and performance targets.Systems, Processes & Projects :
Collaborate with IT to enhance automation, improve information security, and reduce functional costs.Collaborate with the Regional Center of Excellence to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Finance and Accounting tasks impacting financial reporting and controlsFacilitate a smooth transition to the new M3 Cloud ERP system and ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.People, Culture & Sustainability

Strong accounting knowledge, including FAM, IFRS, and GAAP, and demonstrated expertise in finance and accounting leadershipAbility to develop a solid understanding of Epiroc products, market dynamics, and sales processes, within the framework of “The Epiroc Way.”Ability to manage company assets responsibly and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Ability to effectively use budgeted resources to support business objectives.Strong communication, cooperation, teamwork and leadership skills.Ten years related Finance and Accounting leadership experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from an accredited university.
