Operations Coordinator

• Source and purchase electric carts, spare parts, batteries, motors, controllers, chargers and related LSV components.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and payment conditions in line with company objectives.
• Track order status and coordinate production or shipping schedule with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier/cost databases and assist in supplier performance evaluation.

• Arrange and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, land).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, import/export declarations).
• Monitor shipments, report delays and coordinate customs clearance procedures.
• Facilitate delivery scheduling for vehicles and parts across Canada.

• Support daily office and operational tasks such as scheduling, order tracking, and documentation control.
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, production, service, warehouse) to align supply chain and delivery plans.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, receiving reports and discrepancy follow-ups.
• Prepare reports for management on order status, cost analysis and delivery performance.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics or operations coordination—preferably in manufacturing or vehicle industry.
• Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms and import/export documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills (English + Mandarin) are an asset given supplier relationships.
