Reporting to the Leader Business IT Solutions the Senior Business Analyst partners closely with clinical and corporate teams to make sure our systems are practical sustainable and truly make day-to-day work easier. Youll operate at the intersection of people process and technology translating operational needs into thoughtful system design and ensuring platforms continue to evolve alongside the organization.

In this role you will:

• Manage complex system environments during a meaningful period of organizational growth
  
• Approach your work with a product ownership mindset guiding solutions from early discovery through configuration optimization and long-term strategy
  
• Work across software platforms integrations reporting environments and governance frameworks to keep systems reliable and scalable
  
• Serve as a trusted expert supporting users and advising the organization on how platforms can evolve

Education Training and Experience

• Graduation from a recognized degree program in a relevant discipline
• Five (5) years recent related experience that includes managing medium to large scale projects facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of partner groups or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong experience configuring administering and optimizing enterprise systems and digital platforms
• Ability to work across integrations reporting environments permissions models and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with APIs data queries and system integrations
• Understanding of system lifecycle management from discovery through optimization
• Ability to assess workflows identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and applying Agile or development principles
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position

Your Day to Day:

• Provide consultative support to departments by helping teams understand system capabilities and opportunities for process improvement
• Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives including requirements gathering workflow analysis configuration design testing coordination reporting and post-go-live optimization
• Take ownership of assigned platforms (including tools such as JIRA and other emerging enterprise systems) ensuring they remain stable scalable and aligned with user needs
• Serve as a go-to resource for users providing guidance troubleshooting support and thoughtful recommendations
• Partner with PDHIS and service providers to refine configurations support maintenance cycles and manage externally managed product upgrades
• Contribute to product roadmaps and recommend enhancements based on feedback and organizational priorities
• Support access management licensing oversight and operational reporting
• Oversee intake and triage processes providing status updates while maintaining operational inventory and activity metrics
• Participate in user experience reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to strategies policies and governance practices that support long-term system sustainability
• Prepare and deliver training materials and user guidance to support adoption and effective platform use
• Perform other related duties as required
