Saputo Dairy Products Canada is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join the Vaughan Distribution Centre team. This position plays an active role in supporting daily operations by providing reliable assistance and managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy within the distribution process.

Employment Type : Part-time 8-month contract with the possibility of extension

Schedule : Up to 40 hours per week including a mix of afternoon shifts (2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM) and midnight shifts (10 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM). Weekend availability is required.

Salary : $49090 per year

How you will make contributions that matter :

Process prepare and input invoices for payment track expenditures;

Process manifests and record internal and external shipments;

Support period end process and reconciliation including inventory count;

Ensure all data entry is completed at the end of each day;

Handle customer inquiries in a professional timely manner;

Maintain warehouse filing system;

Other duties as required.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications :

Post-Secondary training in General Business / Administration / Accounting; related experience would be a suitable alternative;

Minimum 5 years office experience;

Advanced business software skills (Outlook Excel Word);

A solid and effective team player;

Strong organization and analytical skills;

High level of self-motivation and initiative;

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure;

Proficiency and dependability in current position.
