Tradeshow Coordinator

Responsibilities: Coordinate all tasks related to the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, events; examples include: Arranging booth space & booth design Ordering additional services such as internet, electricity, lead retrieval Registering attendees Preparing budgets Administering contracts Overseeing payment Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (eg.

Sales, Marketing, Logistics, R&D), ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments to organize and execute each tradeshow effectively Consistently follow up and follow through on tasks to ensure all deadlines, deliverables and event milestones are met Research potential tradeshows to evaluate relevance, cost etc., for company participation and submit to management for approval Track tradeshow performance metrics (eg.
