Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the commercial success and market positioning of our HVAC systems portfolio. This external facing role will focus on the HVAC Systems line of business you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities gathering customer and channel insights and defining product roadmaps that align technical capabilities with customer value and business objectives. Working closely with engineering sales and operations you will guide products from concept through launch and lifecycle management across integrated hardware and software offerings.

Duties and responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and through maintenance to end-of-life.
• Participate in the conceptual design stage and perform feasibility analysis.
• Maintain a customer-focused roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Define product requirements and communicate them to product development.
• Prioritize features bugs and technical improvements.
• Conduct customer interviews and develop use cases to validate under actual field conditions.
• Conduct beta programs and coordinate product releases.
• Work with other business units to ensure platform compatibility and alignment.
• Support pricing strategy and represent the product in customer meetings and events.
• Work with Customer Support and Training to create content and support customers.
• Develop marketing and communications collateral to achieve post launch support efforts.

Compensation : $90000 - $110000

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
