As an Application Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of proprietary trading systems and providing support to traders in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting. This position involves technical troubleshooting, deploying and configuring software, and proactively monitoring systems. You'll work closely with expert Software Developers and Traders to address emerging technical challenges in a dynamic trading environment.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience in application support.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., multicast, TCP, routing).
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Hands-on experience in Linux and / or Windows environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule (including nights and early mornings).
