As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting project teams throughout the bidding, planning, and execution phases. What You’ll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you will :

• Support project teams through all phases of project planning and execution.
• Contribute to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality initiatives, including preparing method statements, safe work plans, and hazard assessments.
• Assist with estimating and resource planning by interpreting drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare material and equipment requisitions with precision and clarity.
• Coordinate and submit required permits before project start-up.
• Support client invoicing by preparing documentation and progress reports.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Participate in daily safety communication meetings and site inspections.
• Provide general project support as assigned across multiple active sites.
