Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls, coordinate details of each reservation, and complete internal reservation forms. Process internal reservations, management reservations, reservations from the Central Reservations Office, employee complementary room request, group blocks travel agent discountCall to confirm and / or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations and clear waitlisted reservations. Monitor Front Desk reservations made the night prior and address any reoccurring issues.Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred. Must have excellent verbal and writtenskills in English.Strong phone skillsneeded.
