Compensation & Relocation

Wage : commensurate with knowledge, skills, and abilities.

What You’ll Do :

We’re looking for more than a manager—we want a sales leader who thrives in the fast lane. In this role, you’ll steer a high-performing team toward success, drive strategic growth, and deliver next-level customer experiences.

  • Inspire, coach, and energize a dynamic sales team to crush goals and raise the bar every day
  • Set bold sales strategies and roll out innovative, results-driven initiatives
  • Oversee the full sales cycle for new and pre-owned vehicles—own the desk, manage inventory, and keep the momentum moving
  • Take the lead on vehicle ordering, merchandising, and ensuring we shine across all digital platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft campaigns that turn heads and drive traffic
  • Leverage vAuto and PBS to track performance, streamline operations, and uncover opportunities
  • Champion a customer-first culture from the showroom floor to the final handshake
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, industry insights, and the competition
  • Work hand-in-hand with finance, service, and marketing to deliver a seamless dealership experience
  • Hit the road for brand training and development when needed—because growth never stops

What You Bring :

You are a motivator, strategist, and Volkswagen enthusiast who knows how to lead a team and keep customers coming back.

  • Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, including new and pre-owned
  • Experience working with premium brands or luxury clientele is a definite plus
  • Skilled in vAuto and PBS—or ready to become a power user
  • Strong knowledge of digital retailing, online merchandising, and marketing trends
  • A true passion for vehicles and a deep appreciation for the Volkswagen brand
  • Willingness to travel for training and professional development
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
