What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving revenue across your territory. You will :
Manage a range of account types—Enterprise, Distributor, Transactional, and Relationship-based.Qualify leads and move them through quoted and won stages.Engage customers via phone, email, video, and in‑person visits.Maintain ongoing account health and ensure customer satisfaction.Use AdvanTec CRM tools to build estimates and create customer quotations.Keep CRM data current and manage your sales pipeline effectively.Represent AdvanTec Marine at trade shows and industry events.Travel to key accounts as required.What You Bring
3–5 years of marine technical sales & estimating experience (a strong asset)Shipbuilding or equipment manufacturing experience (asset)CRM experience; Salesforce knowledge is a strong assetBasic AutoCAD skills (asset)A reputation for integrity, professionalism, and positivityStrong communication skills and a passion for relationship buildingSelf‑motivation and comfort working with autonomyThank you for your interest in joining AdvanTec Marine.
