This Position reports to :

EL Customer Operations Magr.- Post-Sales

As a Claims Clerk , you will play a key role in managing and processing customer claims, in collaboration with several departments. Your rigor and organizational skills will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational reliability. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing claim-related trends to highlight recurring issues and support continuous improvement.

The work model for this position is hybrid (up to 4 days on-site).

This role contributes to the ELIP division in Canada. The main stakeholders are internal and external customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the email inbox and your claims list.
  • Conduct research to validate claim eligibility.
  • Communicate with customers when information is missing to analyze the request.
  • Work jointly with the various departments involved in analyzing the request.
  • Communicate with customers to inform them of a claim denial and provide necessary explanations.
  • Forward completed claim requests for approval.
  • Digitize and archive all claim-related documents.
  • Assist your team with any requests or projects.
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Work with the manager to propose appropriate solutions to customer claims.

Requirements :

  • You enjoy working with different software and using tools to solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, whether by email, phone, or in person.
  • Advanced experience with SAP (preferred), Excel, Outlook (mandatory)
  • You are autonomous and curious.
  • You are comfortable communicating in French and have fluent English. English is necessary to communicate with customers located outside Quebec.
