This Position reports to :
EL Customer Operations Magr.- Post-Sales
As a Claims Clerk , you will play a key role in managing and processing customer claims, in collaboration with several departments. Your rigor and organizational skills will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational reliability. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing claim-related trends to highlight recurring issues and support continuous improvement.
The work model for this position is hybrid (up to 4 days on-site).
This role contributes to the ELIP division in Canada. The main stakeholders are internal and external customers.
