Description de posteProject Management Certification Midstream, Facilities / Logistics or Utilities industry experience Oversee and manage financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for IT projects. Develop and maintain financial trackers, ensuring accurate monthly reporting on actuals, overheads, and accruals. Generate portfolio-level financial reports and provide insights for strategic decisions. Ensure CapEx and OpEx costs are correctly allocated according to financial governance rules. Identify and implement process improvements, including developing standard and ad-hoc financial reports. Collaborate with Portfolio Delivery Managers and Project Managers to align financial reporting with project goals. Present financial updates to executive leadership, adjusting for audience level as needed
Our Calgary Midstream and Utilities client is looking for an Intermediate Project Controls Analyst with JD Edwards experience to manage and report on IT project financials across a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
Client located downtown Calgary. Candidates must be available to be on site minimum 4 days per week.
Must Haves :
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Project Controls / IT Financial Analyst
- Experience overseeing and managing financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for IT project in JD Edwards
- CapEx / OpEx management experience
- Excel (advanced formulas and functions) experience
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI
- Experience using SharePoint for financial data and project tracking
