Job Title : Mechanical Assembler – Winch Assembly About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with precision, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is the opportunity for you! You’ll assemble winches of various sizes (from 12 inches to over 6 feet), perform hydraulic testing, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble winches according to blueprints, schematics, and drawings .
• Build winches ranging from 12 inches to 6+ feet in size.
• Complete up to 15 assemblies per day .
• Perform hydraulic testing (training provided).
• Operate tools and equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts .
• Log jobs in an MRP / ERP system .
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace .
• Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow.
