Our
Associate Talent Program (ATP)
is an early‑career pathway for graduates and emerging professionals who want to develop consulting capabilities while applying technical expertise in real client environments. Designed for individuals graduating between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026, or with up to 1 year of professional experience, the program combines structured learning with hands‑on delivery.
You’ll begin with a two‑week immersive training program covering consulting foundations, technical skills, analytical thinking, and client engagement. Following training, you’ll join project teams across Banking, Capital Markets, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Insurance, or Wealth & Investment Management—working alongside experienced consultants on meaningful transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Research technology and market trends to produce structured, client‑ready insights
Support client engagements by understanding objectives, risks, and delivery priorities
Collaborate with developers, architects, and analysts in agile delivery environments
Create presentations, analyses, and prototypes using modern digital and GenAI tools
Contribute to transformation roadmaps, operating models, and change initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Graduation between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026, or up to 1 year of full‑time experience
Foundational knowledge of software architecture, system integration, automation, BI, or BPMN
Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI
Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams at the intersection of business and technology
Strong collaboration skills across diverse, cross‑functional teams bridging business and technology, with willingness to engage on‑site with clients as needed
Basic knowledge of business strategy, financial analysis, and process improvement
Eagerness to learn and adaptability to a consulting environment
Start date for this position is September 2026
Ability to work in the office 4 days a week
Eligibility to work in Canada on a permanent basis

The salary for this position is $80,000 (Canadian dollars). Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary / variable bonus payment.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition
At Capco, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support and enhance several parts of talent acquisition. This includes using AI‑enabled features within LinkedIn to help source potential candidates, speeding up routine recruitment communications such as emails and creating compelling and brand‑aligned job postings that accurately reflect role requirements, and AI‑scheduling applications to improve the efficiency of interview coordination.
