You are :

A skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power BI and QlikView, capable of building interactive interfaces that enable individuals to understand, interpret, and communicate complex data and insights. You have hands‑on technical execution, team leadership, and strategic planning experience in supporting enterprise analytics initiatives.

The Work :

You will be part of a highly collaborative and growing network of technology and data experts, tackling today’s biggest business challenges using the latest data and analytics technologies. You will work in a variety of roles covering all aspects of Data Engineering & Visualization, including Data Modelling, Integration, Pipeline Development, Quality & Governance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and end‑to‑end BI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and BI developers, promoting best practices.
• Architect and maintain data models and warehouse structures to support reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security, implementing monitoring, validation, and compliance standards.
• Manage project delivery and priorities, coordinating resources, setting timelines, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, including automation, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• Work 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site in the Greater Toronto Area.

Compensation varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. Role location : Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Annual salary range : $90,850 to $140,850.
